The construction site is located in the vicinity of ``Heiwa Odori``which crosses the center of Hiroshima city from east to west, 
and was planned to be a place filled with apartments and commercial facilities.

Due to the limited space and low budget, Komai (``small`` in Hiroshima dialect), which was planned to becomea room for people to gather quietly on the 1st floor, keeps the ceiling height low,lowers the spatial center of gravity, and  calm environment.

There is a place on the 2nd floor which is a dynamic space.By eliminating all the horizontal materials in the 2F roomand using only the 12φ tie bar that suppresses the opening of theclimbing beam and the structure, we have created  a large feeling space thatdoesn`t feel as small as it actually is.

Different types of activities are divided on the floor, and even 11 tsubo(about37㎡) is designed to create a rich space. 

The material of the exterior wall is board of cement material,the interior is structural material, the floor is made of solid wood and the lighting equipment is brass. 

I'm looking forward to changing with my house and create new something more and more attractive.
